The problem with shading the winter garden including the manufacturer was clearly described on the phone. Assured over the phone that the problem could be solved, as some previous electricians had already canceled on the phone. After a small check on site, it was found that the engine was broken and work was stopped. The statement was that one could not help here, although it was clearly stated on the phone. From my point of view, the journey here was simply taken for 25 euros and 1 hour of working time for 45 euros, although you knew beforehand that you could not help. Not recommendable!
