Defined by the manufacturer as a specialist company, we have made an appointment with W. Hofmann. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied, as the result of the investigation was a complete replacement of the heating system, but this work was rejected at the same time for reasons of time. The fitter also worried the landlady and described in detail what could happen now and that he does not want to bear this responsibility (!). In the meantime, the heating system is being repaired by friendly and competent experts from another company; the "appliance and chimney" does not need to be replaced. Yes, the text is taken from another recession, but it also applies 100% to us. Came, cashed and left. Phoned two weeks later and received the answer that you didn't have time after all. Vera .... I can myself. My 140 € are gone ...

We decided on the Hofmann company after a recommendation from friends and can only pass this recommendation on. The heating maintenance of an existing system worked wonderfully and we are extremely satisfied. We will be happy to contact Hofmann for further work.

Mr. Kindermann was with us on 6/6/19, measured the bathroom, the ceilings in the kitchen and guest toilet. He then wanted to contact us again after 6 weeks. To date, 12.1.20 no one has reported from the Hofmann company. I would like to add references to the answer from Hofmann that we looked through our call list today (even if it was a long time ago, we did not delete it) and could not find a call back ....... You also told us that an offer will only be made by you when we are invited to you and a 3-D plan is created on your part ....

In an emergency, the chimney sweep kindly arranged for us to make an appointment with W. Hofmann. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied, as the result of the investigation was a complete replacement of the heating system, but at the same time this work was rejected for reasons of time. The fitter also worried the landlady and described in detail what could happen now and that he does not want to bear this responsibility (!). Almost all points are available in writing and can be uploaded if necessary. In the meantime, the heating system has been repaired by friendly and competent experts from another company; an exchange of the "appliance and chimney" was not even necessary. The invoice: - Was issued and cashed directly on site, at least for is very unusual for us (?) - has two calculation errors, but they cancel each other out (final amount correct!) - has the word "today" as the invoice date ?? - was kindly cut by the cost of the apprentice Since the company has a good reputation and sometimes good reviews, we assume that we were just unlucky, but we slept very badly for a few days ......
