Service booked and appointment agreed. Employee came and was very friendly. However, the piano could not be tuned and I was still sent an invoice for arrival and departure, which accounts for more than 1/3 of the total price, which was actually for the tuning. Do not find this serious

We chose a piano in the summer and went to several other piano dealers in the region, but here the advice and service was the best, also very accommodating with regard to auditions. In addition, pianos and grand pianos of all price ranges are offered. The delivery of the piano went exactly as agreed. Overall, very recommendable!

I was looking for an electric piano that is also available. All well-known piano shops had a delivery time of up to 4 months. At Piano Kreisel I saw the Casio AP 710 in matt black and it was in stock. So called and asked. Then the order is placed by email. And now 3 days later it is with me. Easy order processing and prompt delivery. I can only recommend the business.
