A very attractive furniture store. The excellent advice from Mr. Mahler and his very personable manner should be emphasized.

We ordered furniture for several rooms here - with the expectation that the quality of the furniture, service and assembly would match the price. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case with us. After the very long waiting time (delivery times were sometimes exceeded by several weeks; no communication from hüls), which we waited patiently, the trouble started. The delivery and assembly of the ordered furniture was simply catastrophic. Both the furniture we delivered and our property were damaged several times. Sometimes pieces of furniture looked as if they had been practiced on. Holes, cracks, dents, notches, incorrect assembly materials, unusable doors and drawers, damaged walls, damaged parquet, damaged doors, damaged elevator - that sounds like an exaggeration at first, but it was a sad reality for us. Instead of new furniture, we now have months of trouble and unnecessary effort in terms of repair and return. It only reacted to a negative Google rating - after some back and forth, one of the rooms was taken back, which was already ripe for the bulky waste after the initial assembly (note for the company hüls: we are happy to publish the corresponding images here). When we picked it up, our property was again damaged several times. As usual, responsibility was rejected by the hüls fitters - although we had observed them doing it. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of making empty promises and took out our original review. Now the game starts all over again. A rogue, who thinks evil with the overall good rating of hüls. We have learned from it and will avoid this furniture store in the future.
