Compared to the other kitchen and furniture shops, the best thing about Flamme is the importance they give you as a customer. In my case it was the colleague from Kitchen department Mr. Airich who opened my doors to Flamme with his friendly and polite handling and never getting irritated with my persistent questions in english/broken german. This relation made me then buy also the remaining furniture for my house like sleeping room furniture etc from Flamme as well. Price wise also the guarantee of best price Flamme gives is also real and true. Compared to the other shops in the area, the prices I got from Flamme for the same items was unbeatable. I would recommend Flamme to everyone based on my experience.

I had a very bad experience of the rude behaviour and treatment at the premises, they expect only customers who are fluent in German language and get irritated if you take kids along with you, I had escalated this to the management still awaiting for an apology....
