Nice employee with very good advice, was not quite perfect and not always the fastest, but she tries hard and takes the time for the customers as much as possible. You definitely have to honor that. I am also satisfied with the new mattress and the delivery time was as specified.

Very good, friendly and patient advice. We left with the feeling that we made the absolutely right decision. Focus on things related to the bed, but not the beds themselves. Therefore, real experts in what is sold.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced! After complaining, instead of its high-quality toppers, you get the cheapest toppers from the store! And when you complained about it you didn't hear anything for 2 months! I wouldn't buy anything there !!
