Der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich jemals erfahren habe. Die Beratung ist trügerisch und irreführend. I was told by the salesperson that my sofa should be ready in 8 to 16 weeks (which is already an extremely long lead time and more than double the industry standard), and now after 16 weeks no one is able to tell me when exactly my order will arrive, and when I asked to cancel the order I was told that they will deduct 25% of the advance payment I made when I ordered, as in the contract they have included that the latest date of delivery is March 2020 (more than seven months from order date), and of course that was never mentioned during any stage of the ordering even though it was extremely obvious to the sales person that my German is quite poor. Never ever again.

Worst place ever to buy anything. They sold me a sofa on installments , i paid half amount in cash and rest amount on installments but few minutes after i made order staff told me your installment payment method is not approved and will get the sofa only once i pay fully in cash, the worst part is that they refused to pay me my money back( half amount i paid in cash). They asked me to come back and collect the sofa when i have rest amount in cash. They became rude, even the store manager . I felt like bullied and robbed. I came back home with no money and no sofa. What a joke!! Nightmare is not over yet. I paid the rest amount after some weeks saving and also paid extra amount to deliver my sofa to my living room but they delivered my big size sofa around 8 pm in winter and just unload on the foot path outside the building in rain, and refused any further help. Sofa had few scratches that i ignored just bevause i never wanted to see those faces again at Seats and sofas. Wish i could give less than 1 star.

I have only rated well on Google so far, but here I feel compelled to warn other potential customers. The quality is incredibly poor. (Material, construction) Also, I've never had a sofa where you have to be careful not to hurt your tailbone as soon as you sit on it with a swing.

Actually not a star! In the shop I was promised a delivery time of 6 weeks, now I've been waiting 16 weeks with a small baby on the floor. The seller probably knew about the long delivery time and that I had a baby, but still lied to me coldly. Never again and not at all recommended!
