The staff is condecending when they belief you are not rich enough for them... How should they know? Bad treatment - they lost potential customers for sure.

Important tip never pays 100%, otherwise you won't hear from Plana in the event of complaints. Well the planning was still positive. The subcontractor who set up the kitchen was completely overwhelmed. After the construction we had various complaints that have not been resolved for 6 months. Mr. Josat is not interested in it at all. Plana also fails to reattach the skirting boards you took with you. I have now had to issue a payment order.

Not recommendable! You shouldn't be blinded by the initial planning on site. This was still surprisingly positive, even if it was a bit too "friendly" and relaxed - we were then promised a first offer within 2 weeks. This came only after two follow-up questions after 6 weeks. Unfortunately, we had to implement our electrical connections without precise planning. The second appointment turned out to be a bit difficult because it felt like nobody was ever available. We then unexpectedly had this appointment with H Josat, whom we then had to write again from the beginning. After we had received another offer here too, we wanted to order the kitchen after a few weeks. However, we had a few questions beforehand - unfortunately, from this point on, no one was ever available or you were promised to get back to you, which didn't happen. You didn't really have the feeling that you were valued as a customer. We were asked to email our questions. We haven't heard anything since then and are now starting from scratch and working with other kitchen studios that we hope will be worth recommending.

At an agreed appointment with Mr. Josat, where we finally wanted to order / buy a high-priced kitchen, we were left in the front area for 45 (!) Minutes. Mr. Josat did not even think of apologizing to us for the delay. After 20 minutes, after asking the receptionist, he said that it would take another 10 minutes. Of course that was not the case. After three quarters of an hour, no reaction. (The least would have been to come just before and apologize.) Promises regarding the delivery time of the kitchen were also not kept, as the order would have been delayed due to the consultant's vacation. In this case too, there would have been more professional solutions. (Pass the sale on to a colleague, etc.) The two stars are for the lady in the front area, who was very friendly and understanding. Appointments can be delayed, how to deal with it, how the service works externally. Well, apparently, PLANA doesn't depend on the money, too bad!
