I absolutely love the relaxbed I got from Smoothy. It's super comfortable as well as easily movable and foldable. I'm a shorter person so I fit very well in it, not sure how it would be for a much taller person. The product delivery (Germany) was also rather quick. I would buy here again and I would also definitely recommend them.
HANDS OFF! Underground customer service. 6 weeks after order still no delivery and no message why. Instead I get the answer that I should close the PayPal case, only then would the goods be sent to me.
I ordered a dog pillow, a children's beanbag and an outdoor. The child beanbag is great, made of cotton, is loved very much. My dog does not find the dog pillow so tingling, he does not particularly like the smooth cover. Even with a covered sheet, he finds the whole thing rather moderately exciting. The beanbag for outdoors is great, but the cover is pretty smooth, too, so it slips easily. So I would still only buy cotton covers. Everything else fine, shipping or delivery.
I ordered on account on September 2nd, 2018 and already had the dog pillow in my hand 2 days later. Class!
The quality is absolutely high! The dog loves this pillow.
The outer material is easy to clean and very stable.
At Christmas, the beanbag "Classic" was given away and the recipient feels really comfortable on the new seating. After unpacking it is best to ventilate for a few more hours to get rid of the odor, but so far no blemish has been detected in one month and you can lie back comfortably. ;-)
From me a recommendation, moreover: Made in Germany! 5 * for my part.
