There is no better organized and cleaner parking garage. The friendly staff are always there for me
So I have to say, unfortunately I can't give 0 stars because you really didn't deserve more because of your parking attendant. It's unbelievable how unfriendly you can be as an employee towards your customers. I am shocked by how the employee is avoided by everyone. I know a lot of people who park there daily or regularly and I have to say that every single one of these people has - if he has had an experience with him, made an extremely bad one. "Everyone has a bad day" is unfortunately the wrong excuse if you let go of a reason for unfriendly and bad people to innocent customers. Mistakes made by the car park were left out on me and when I asked for contact (other than the reason for bad people), he gave me his business card. Maybe in the future you will get it to hire competent employees. One can only dream of "the customer is king".

So I park my car regularly and the parking garage itself is a great parking garage, but a few employees are rude, disrespectful and have no desire for this work and try to take all their anger out on the customers and I would be happy if you fire such people right away would. I find it really difficult to say, but if it continued like this and the staff turned to me again and asked me about it, then I would never park in this car park again.
So expensive and I seriously managed to get lost there when I left ... but I found some nice people with a carrera lane in one room
