The general respons time is very good, you come in show your card, wait for a little bit in the waiting room and there you are they are alredy treating you. Its quick and more efficiant than other places I've been to.

I was completely satisfied in this practice after a sports injury. The diagnosis was made immediately and the treatment was very good and effective. The doctor and the team are very nice and extremely competent. If you have to wait a bit, that's no problem for me, as acute injuries can always occur. I hadn't planned my injury back then either. Thank you so much!

Two stars for the quick appointments and the friendliness of the MFA at reception. Miss Dr. Dittenhöfer, on the other hand, should take the time for a physical examination despite the findings from the clinic. Then she would have found out that my mother had not only a bruise but also a fracture after a commuting accident. This was only diagnosed by a D-doctor in another practice.

The doctors are friendly but wrongly diagnosed. I was referred to a hand surgeon too late. Now I have permanent damage and problems with the employers' liability insurance association. The accident was incorrectly recorded in the records.
