Super good, experienced doctors, everything under one roof, always parking spaces available, no or only little waiting time for appointments.

Very professional clinic, privative atmosphere, amiable nursing staff, professional doctors, really good service, absolutely to be recommended. I had a disc surgery with Dr. Grochulla, everything went very well and professionally. Recommended at any time.

I have already had 3 operations in the ZON and have always been extremely satisfied for many years

Very unfriendly staff, does not answer questions or ignores them to get rid of the patient as soon as possible, probably because no private patient

I would like to state in advance that I am not speaking for the entire clinic, but rather from a single experience with Dr. Ear. I wasn't in the clinic myself, but my mother. What she told me, however, is alarming. My mother is over 70 years old, has several previous illnesses and wanted advice on knee surgery here. I then asked her if she had also been told about the possible risks, to which she said no. Their inquiries about later potential mobility restrictions also remained unanswered or were cynically dismissed by the doctor. As an elderly lady, she was not able to process all of the information from the conversation immediately and was accordingly hesitant when deciding for or against an operation. Dr. However, Gehr immediately wanted to make an appointment for an operation or two (!) For both knees. When she disagreed with this and asked for time to think it over, the doctor probably reacted with little understanding. In addition to the surgery price, my mother was supposed to pay an extra sum which, according to the doctor's statement, the health insurance does not cover. I asked her whether the doctor had explained to her why this sum had to be paid and what exactly was the need or the advantage for her as a patient. That was not done either. My impression is that the approach is extremely money-oriented and that responsibility towards the patient falls by the wayside. As a medical professional, it is ethically self-evident for me to name the risks of treatments, to respond to queries and, above all, to be absolutely transparent with regard to private costs.
