We went to see Eva Weinstock-Kroczek, and we are very grateful for the thorough examination, and attention. Without the diagnosis and the recommended psychoterapist, my son would still be suffering inside. Do not get me wrong, it is still not easy, but the problems now are visible and treatable. Thank you.

I was there a while (no idea think 5 months or so around the shoot) on the A in house 41. The staff were really very sweet and most of the therapists were actually quite good except (in my opinion) Ms. Girke. I felt very unimportant in therapy and somehow it made me feel more or less that I was simulating. She also refused to prescribe medication. Plot twist, one week after the discharge I was immediately put on medication because it only got worse for me after the discharge and I had to go to a new clinic immediately after 3 weeks because it was no longer possible. Plus, I think there's a bit of a lack of money, remember, employees are nice, Frau girke just doesn't do anything

Every Friday there was rice pudding, which was good. There were funny things on my table, also entertaining. You can't say that about the staff, the treatment or the rules there. Most supervisors and psychologists think that the jobs were raffled at random. In 6 months on the B station you experience almost everything from ignorance, gaslighting, roaring and unprofessionalism. Even at breakfast the mood was in the bucket when you saw who was on duty. In many conversations between staff and fellow patients, you could just shake your head. Seldom experienced so much ignorance in one heap, since even normal, common sense has more clue than the "super-trained specialist staff", which under no circumstances deserves the name. In the therapy session you were either not taken seriously, not understood, or you had to help yourself, the therapists weren't there for that. Patients with little self-confidence etc. were sometimes also hacked around. The weekly senior doctor's visit could have been saved and woe to have your own opinion, the "staff" jump in a triangle. After the discharge, a doctor's letter arrived full of false facts, some things that I had specifically discussed beforehand were left out, changed or misrepresented. Cell phone times are absolute rubbish on this station. 0 stars for it. 1 star for the 'okay' food and 2-3 decent employees.

I was there for 14 weeks because of anorexia nervosa and depression and it helped me a lot. I was on the A ward and basically felt very comfortable and in good hands and the therapy was really useful. Basically, I can say that no matter which clinic you go to, you can only change something if you really want to.

Very terrible! To be honest I cannot recommend anyone to go in here.
