Skin clinic in Nuremberg Hospital North

Acute severe allergy, no idea what! I thought it was the tablets I had taken. Sent to the outpatient department of the dermatological clinic by several employees of the clinic. End of the story, no doctor seen. Waited 2 hours for the allergy to clear by itself, then me too. Thanks for nothing !

Staff on the phone were quite friendly. But that's it. Listless gentleman at the reception on the 3rd floor of the dermatology clinic. The doctor (I, my assistant doctor, was on the smock) hardly responded to my request and was only busy preparing the report as quickly as possible.

Nice reception on ward 18IV. Caregivers, nurses attentive and committed. Many thanks to OA Dr Mechlin and the OP team. I felt in good hands. Dr Burda carried out the preliminary examination competently and with empathy.

Until recently he was a dermatologist at the ABC Center Nuremberg North. During that time I was denied timely appointments by a doctor's assistant from Schober. I had to fix appointments for treatments with her every time, which was very tedious. When I asked for other employees, they supposedly had different tasks. On each of my visits, she was always on duty, of all people, in which she coarsely knocked down her work colleagues in front of patients. She also approached patients personally, provoking and urging them to the extreme. I spoke to you directly about what that was about. Instead of confronting me with patients, she denied everything and also turned some of her work colleagues against me, patients who ignored me with every request. Her professional environment also allowed her. Relevant dermatologists did not listen to me and a holistic treatment did not take place. Overall, I felt worse in the time before I switched practice. I spoke to the complaints office about her employee and her behavior. Apart from a PROMISE, nothing came across, which doesn't really surprise me with people. Between the lines, the ladies from complaint management had absolutely no interest in looking at this employee and her behavior, let alone intervening. Schober and Co. will still be up to speed, always attacking employees and patients and blaming everyone else. She and her colleagues will be allowed to go.

I was 4 weeks ago for 3 days in the dermatology and must say that I felt very well and in good hands. The nurses were always friendly and just looked over and asked if everything fits. The doctor treating me was very competent and friendly took time for the investigations and also for discussions. Whether in the surgery with the X-ray or ultrasound, everything was great.
