Had my daughter last week. Wonderful experience. Super professional ladies in Kreissal and Section A2. All the doctors, hebammes, nurses. Thank you for your services even in these hard times. Will never forget the hospitality. The process went completely smooth.

I was there today to get a check up due to a strong pain; I have had some symptoms since some weeks that were not very clear until today when they got worst; I explained that, when I arrived to the hospital and I was waiting for one and a half hour to talk to a doctor when Dr. Fabian Schmidt came to tell me why I waited 3 weeks to see a doctor and suddenly I decide to go on a Saturday evening, so that was not an emergency. He didn't attended because they don't have an specialist there. So I waited 1 and a half hour to listen to someone asking why I don't pick the right time to have pain in the most disrespectful way. It would be more than enough to tell me "We don't attend these cases here". Really upset and disappointed of the service

Unfortunately, you can only rate one star here, at most. I was with you yesterday with my wife and child (4 months), due to a bicycle accident we wanted to have our little one checked out as a precaution. And yes, I am aware that due to the pandemic there are currently regulations that must be complied with. But to be turned away at the reception in a tone like a little schoolboy who is only allowed to come in with one person, I find a little outrageous. The woman is totally lost and nobody knows what is wrong with the child ... highly unprofessional. The employee behind the revolving door should be taught a bit of behavior before doing this job. Fortunately, the doctors and nurses are much more competent. On top of that, this employee also tried, in a very rude tone, to teach an expectant father who was waiting in the rain and who looked excited, that it was still going to take a while. However, without empathy, empathy and the like. You should definitely work on your employees' willingness to communicate. Even if it is currently difficult to meet every request due to the pandemic.
