Impossible customer service. Ring should be ready for collection on the occasion of a birthday on November 14th. The shop closes without prior information, so the present cannot be picked up for the time being, and there are no emergency numbers. Thank you for nothing! Absolutely impossible dealing with customers, not recommended.
