I'll never buy a ring or anything there again. Verbal promises do not apply.
When I bought it, I was told that I could buy the pattern first and that the first change in size would be included in the price with the then fiancé. Later you find out that the ring is extremely too big and that it costs extra.
Of course, it wasn't cheap (I never had that much cash with me) and I wasn't allowed to pay with a card either. So the fiancée had to pay herself. That's what I call customer service when you don't want to see customers again.
Otherwise everything is fine and if this had been communicated openly straight away, there would be more stars.
We were there with our daughter yesterday to have her first ear pierced. And what can I say ... WOW!
The two employees took good care of the little one and completely took away her excitement. She was distracted with small gifts and the ear studs were in there.

If you damage the watch when you change the battery, you should admit it and not pretend that nothing has happened. Just a cheek !!!!! Not worth a star ...
