Nice atmosphere with very nice employees! You immediately feel welcome. The employees always help you perfectly and find the right gift for every occasion. I was given great advice every time and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
I wanted to order a new limited Seiko wristwatch, which should be available for purchase in a month.
However, the woman in the shop had no idea which model I meant, although I could tell her the name and this watch is also offered on her website. Instead of passing me on to a better informed employee, I had to write down her name and she then Googled this watch and wrote it on my order, but I'm not sure whether she noted the correct variant, I hope I get it at the end of September correct clock.
I have had significantly better experiences with Seiko dealers and will definitely use other dealers in the future for watches.
Update: Telephone inquiries were answered in a very friendly and informative manner and the pick-up went smoothly.
There I was also told that they are only a sub-location of the Nuremberg branch and therefore do not receive all Seiko watches or are in direct contact with Seiko, which explains the missing information. Nevertheless, I wish to be informed of such details when I bought the car so that I can go straight to the better-informed branch.
Picked up our rings yesterday. Simply beautiful.
Despite our relatively inexpensive rings, we were given top advice and it took a lot of time. The additional try-on ultimately completely relieved my and my wife's fear that the rings might not fit later.

I had a gold-plated skeleton watch there for repairs to have a curved spring pin installed.
After the first time, the bracelet loosened after about 3 minutes after leaving the store - it turned out to be a straight spring pin.
In addition, I was late for my appointment.
Then when I visited the store the second time, my watch was "edited" by another woman.
This processed the almost 80-year-old, gold-plated watch, rabidly with a hammer, so that the gold-plating partially loosened.
Finally, the bracelet came off again today (after 8 days) and again it was a straight spring pin.
I now wonder how you can call this "jeweler" with a clear conscience a "master watchmaker" if you can't even install a curved spring bar, although this request has been expressed many times.
If you want your heirlooms to be destroyed, then this shop is the place for you!
