We have been a customer of Mr. Riedel for around 10 years. What I read today about hostility and malicious insults, we find a cheek. We always like to come here and feel that we are well advised. That has to be said.

We were quickly presented with the right dream rings. Professional perfection and good manners made our decision easier.

As a customer, I have never had such bad experiences as with Thomas Riedel in the design forge: - An employee showed us the rings from the manufacturer Palido, whereupon we chose one. - After the finger was measured (it was recommended to us a size that was too large), we paid for and ordered the ring. - Due to a communication problem, the ring was not ordered - but we only found out about this 2 weeks later. Previously no indication that the order has been stopped. - The employee on site could neither explain to me why the ring was not ordered nor change anything about the situation. At that time, Mr. Riedel had gone on vacation for 2 weeks, so we had to wait until he came back. - The ring was finally ordered for the third time on site and could be tried on 1 week later. - Since the ring was too big, it was exchanged for a smaller size, which took another week. - The smaller ring, however, did not sit well on the finger either, which is why we opted for a different model for an additional charge and had the size adjusted again here. - After a further week delivery time, the final ring could then be picked up. According to the jeweler it fit perfectly, but after a short time it pressed my wife's finger. - A ring size change (at another local jeweler) took another 1 week to complete. - We only got a certificate on request. Conclusion: Unfortunately, a very chaotic and unsatisfactory buying experience. Mr. Riedel also quickly feels attacked, cannot handle criticism well and accordingly reacts unprofessionally. This can also be seen in the answer under my wife's review: There are no malicious allegations, false statements, or threats, just personal experience. It took a total of 8 weeks from the order to the finished ring. The first ring was ordered too big and the second ring too small, so the wrong size was ordered twice. The fact that you publish my full name without my consent and threaten me with legal action are two further examples of the aforementioned lack of professionalism. Unfortunately not to be recommended as a jeweler.

I would recommend anyone looking for wedding rings to take a look at this business. The advice was really great because you really take the time to make this important decision. Value for money is also hard to beat. My fiance and I were in many different shops but this was by far the best.
