I am really excited about Amoonic. From the contact for help and advice before the purchase, the configuration options, the order process, to delivery and service afterwards. Unfortunately I ordered a ring in the wrong color. Then contact me and let me know that I would like to come over to have the ring size checked again by a specialist. Everything was super organized by Amoonic. The visit was great. Sufficient time has been taken. Questions were answered in detail. Even the exchange item was produced within a very short time, so that we could pick it up a few hours later. Such a service is certainly not a matter of course in today's world. I give a clear buy recommendation here. Employees and owners are very friendly and helpful. You can feel that the customer is the top priority here. Contact inquiries by phone were accepted immediately, e-mails answered within a few hours. From my point of view, nothing really can go wrong here. I will definitely order there again :-)

My family gave me an Amoonic necklace. I wore it every day for almost 2 years, so it was really top quality. Unfortunately, I lost the chain, called customer service directly and I have to say just great. The ladies have always been very friendly so far, even after the new chain unfortunately had to be repaired. The first chain was just great, always looked good and went through a lot. I assume that the problem with the 2nd chain was an exception. Recommend everyone to order there.

The rings that we configured and bought fully meet our expectations. Also the size change was no problem after a very long time for a fee. Unfortunately, one ring was lost on the way to resizing. DHL does not address this problem. Amoonic customer service is great. We got the ring newly manufactured without any further problem. This exceeds my expectations for good customer service! Thanks for that. I highly recommend Amoonic.
