Bought my watch here and was more than satisfied, super nice people and great service. Then we decided to have our wedding rings made here. You have become beautiful. Unfortunately, my ladies ring was very tight even though we measured it on the test ring before (see picture) because the rings were only finished 2 weeks before the wedding date and almost 100 € over the actual budget it was no longer possible to send them in again and although it was too small We were told that a change would cost us more money because it had to be ground down and the engraving had to be done again. I thought that was a little outrageous since the ring was not as we ordered it. Now we have taken it and since it goes on the finger it has not messed up the wedding even if it is a little embarrassing if the ring does not go on the finger without jerking. Therefore only 3 stars.
