Feel completely ripped off and cheated! I got an old real gold watch from my grandparents and after my grandmother has been a customer for many years, we went to Mr. Wieser with it. The real gold strap of the watch was way too long and I asked here what it would cost to adjust it. The answer I was given was 100 €, which I was just about ready to pay for a winding watch. My grandmother picked up the watch for me - the receipt says € 100, as agreed. Unfortunately, she didn't notice that the 3cm gold ribbon that had been cut out was missing. I immediately made a complaint by phone and was told that "the gold ribbon was of course offset, because otherwise the reduction would have been significantly more expensive". I find it absolutely outrageous not to clarify something like this in advance. Since it is a very artistically handcrafted band, it would have been absolutely out of the question for me to offset this (however, it was apparently melted down immediately and when I called it was already too late). The tape was never shown to us, it was not weighed in front of our eyes and somehow converted into a monetary value and neither is it mentioned on the receipt, which for me is simply a fraud. At one point the tape showed damage that unfortunately I cannot prove that it came from the shortening. I now have a new jeweler who has repaired these. For the 3cm gold ribbon, he gave me an approximate value of 120 €, which means that the reduction at Mr Wieser cost me a whopping 220 € and not the downright 100 €.

Was repaired countless times with my Tissot watch. Clockwork was allegedly exchanged 2 times in the shop, then 1 time directly in the factory, as it stopped again and again. After unsuccessful repairs asked for money back - I was assumed to be manipulating the watch to avoid the repair costs. I asked another watchmaker to repair it, who asked for 1/3 of the money and my watch has been running without problems since then. Never again. The store is also in poor condition. It smells of smoke and has not been cleaned here for years. Dust and empty showcases everywhere.
