They tried to sell me a different watch from the one I ordered. What disappointed me the most is that they played it like i was wrong until I showed them the pictures of what was ordered. They lost my trust. I will never shop again with them

My thanks go to Mr. Matzke and his friendly and helpful team. Recently bought a Traser watch over the phone there for a very good price. Unfortunately the second hand jumped between 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock between the minute bars. A phone call was enough, I sent the defective watch back and a few days later a new replacement watch was in my hands. The process of the exchange was very friendly and uncomplicated. I can recommend Juwelier Matzke to others and will soon find something suitable for my wife there too.
