I can't understand the few negative reviews here. Ms. Webersberger has already represented me excellently in four different matters. She made it clear from the start that "Recht" is not a request concert, and always pulled out what was feasible for me. A down-to-earth, ambitious and absolutely trustworthy lawyer who has her heart in the right place. I personally can recommend Ms. Webersberger 100%.

I don't recommend this lady. She is often unavailable for days or weeks and questions are not answered. The staff is sometimes very unfriendly. So not recommended.

Absolutely not recommendable! The first interview was all right, then only unprofessional. She does not stick to agreements that have been made, cannot be reached by phone and invoices although it has been agreed that she will only be active if legal protection takes over! The next point is that you sent a KV one day before the deadline expired and had almost 2 weeks to do it. The KV then came by email and the deadline was the next day as already written. It got me into trouble so much that I had to apply to the court for an extension of the deadline after I couldn't read the mail in time. A simple call would have done it too !!! Your employee simply hangs up on the phone if you have any questions (or I had criticism of the procedure) and then no longer goes there. Questions will then only be answered insufficiently by email. The lady was recommended to me by another lawyer, but it was the worst recommendation I have ever received. Wasn't the first time I had hired a lawyer, but by far the worst.
