Were there for the mex mex cooking class. The teacher and recipes were really good. The only thing that annoys me is we were told that we don't have to write down the recipes because we get them on the website after the course. I looked at it the next evening but then there was only the recipe for guacamole and salsa and otherwise only recipes that we didn't make that evening. Have now checked it a few times to see if our recipes are uploaded but still nothing. Would like to make a few recipes again but only find things on the internet that are not the same. I should have just written down the recipes.

We were here for Thai Two. The group was 12 people tall. The chef Thomas is competent and very friendly. His wife is responsible for everything around it. There is a lot of information about spices, ingredients, etc. Cooking together is limited to cutting ingredients. The cooking takes over Thomas. But is so far okay. What was cooked was really delicious. I can recommend the cooking school now.
