Customer service is a foreign word here.
The store is sometimes closed at will, the specified phone number has been deregistered for some time. The owner says that it would be too expensive to change the number on the shop window or at least to cover over ... I thought the store would be closed and my (already paid) shoes lost - first they were "not finished" several times, then the shop just closed on Saturdays; but until now (May 2019) it still exists.
Work result ok, not cheap, repairs will be forgotten and take
