Unfortunately, our door has closed. Retrieved and about 12 minutes later the craftsman was there. Everything went quickly and and she was very polite. Payment was perfectly fine and the agreed price was adhered to (payment was possible via PayPal).

Locked myself out on the weekend. Came by immediately after a phone call and the door was open in about 15 seconds and above all without any damage.
