Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, prices comparable to the big stores and the lady that helped me spoke English. This is the lock and key shop I use in Nurnberg.
For the fitter, customer satisfaction was the top priority. He came in an emergency and helped patiently and reliably even after work. The employee explained exactly what he was doing and worked cleanly. We would use this service again at any time!
Requirement: New lock cylinder / previous one (ancient) could no longer be removed with my on-board tools. Super friendly advice on the phone, technician came more than on time, also humorous and friendly. Work done competently and quickly, price fair and even under the estimate of the initial consultation. I'm really excited.
They still exist, the right specialist shops. I needed key replicas that I couldn't get anywhere else. Ellerwald has an enormous range of different key blanks available in the store. 5 minutes later my keys were ready. Thanks.
Thanks for the quick help of the emergency service! Our daughter (at home alone allein!) Was able to return to our apartment within 30 minutes. Child outside and key inside !!
