My first pizza in Germany and it was delicious! Service was fantastic, going to come back before I leave again!

Ordering from Freddy for years, regularly 2-3 times (or more) a month. Can't even count on one hand when something didn't go right. However, each time I was compensated for it or the error could be corrected (too little dip or forgotten salad, etc ...) That is a forgivable error rate of less than 1% over the year and shows me how well the company works. Quality, taste and delivery can be rated as top anyway.

Pizzas taste very good in themselves. But with the service you lose your appetite and the joy of eating. The food was repeatedly delivered too late and therefore arrived mushy, lukewarm or even cold. When calling you are treated very unfriendly. They don't apologize at all. Even if you ask the supplier about it yourself, you can wait a long time for an apology! You are only asked whether you accept it or not! Why do you give a delivery time of 45 minutes when it can take up to 2 hours at the end? Not recommended for the service at the moment!

Have their own messenger to advertise Throws in the advertisement every time for 2 years, despite a warning to the shop, despite "No advertising" 32 parties house, 32 times the advertising flies around on the mailboxes because everyone just takes it out of the box because it's annoying. Nobody wants to order from you, for good reasons. Juice shop. About the service: Delivery guy never has change with him (despite what you are paying with) Food is cold and sticky in 4 out of 10 cases (never order french fries) Didn't get the coupons advertised so hot, which give me something free after x orders, in 23 out of 40 cases (this also includes orders made together with friends). Food tastes good when it's warm, but unfortunately that is very rare. Worst of all are the nuggets. Do you know the cheap ones in Netto refrigerators? That is great quality on the other hand. The burgers are actually very tasty. But here again: Should be warm. The amazing thing is: It is delivered really quickly (but it is only 900m away) but despite everything everything is as if it were 70 minutes away) I can't recommend Freddy Fresh to ANYONE, I will never order here again. Ordered from a different service, they're all better. Freddy used to be good. WAS. Calls in the store are dismissed. Luckily Lieferando helps here and reimburses part of it via voucher. Write to them on Twitter, they'll help you! Freddy Fresh himself is EXTREMELY uncooperative on the phone. The ratings and their good / bad ratio speak volumes FF is welcome to comment on it now that it is public.
