Absolutely embarrassing behavior for a restaurant. First of all, not giving the supplier all the orders, then also giving the wrong dish. After the complaint, the driver was given the rest of the dishes that were not delivered, but the wrongly delivered dish was not exchanged. In my opinion, this is an absolute no-go!
I will never order here again and would not recommend it to anyone else!
We ordered four dishes on Friday evening, three curries and one sushi. They were all just as we hoped and really delicious. Small extra requests (no mushrooms) were taken into account and the food was really hot when it was with us. The waiting time was long, but also stated that way.
That was our second and certainly not the last order.
We had Gang Phed and Pan Näng each delivered with beef and were very satisfied. The delivery came on time, the food was hot and delicious. The vegetables still had bite and the meat was nice and tender. We will definitely order again!
Great addition to the city. Small shop with great nice service. The delivery service works perfectly and the food tastes fantastic! Super selection and above all the sushi is a dream :-D Highly recommended .... by me very clearly 5 *****
This rating is aimed at the new owner Thuy Truong who has been running the City Wok since May 1st, 2020.
The food is very good and fresh. The portions are very good.
The owner and the driver (?) Always nice on site.
I come here to pick up the food during the lunch break and everything has always worked out perfectly so far as far as the times and dishes agreed by phone are concerned.
I cannot rate the delivery service.
I and my work colleagues can recommend Thuys City Wok.
