This is the third move that I have made with KiKi Umzüge. We are always very satisfied with this company and can only recommend KiKi to you! Many thanks to the great team.
I made an initial appointment by phone so that I could look at the surroundings, furniture, etc. in order to be able to make a well-founded offer.
The next day I drove into the apartment and waited. After about 30 minutes I tried to contact the phone - no chance. After waiting a total of 1.5 hours, I spoke to the mailbox and have received no feedback to date.
No further calls are responded to.
Since not even the first contact works, I cannot recommend this company at any time.
Very unreliable and in the first conversation, the other moving companies talked badly. Keyword dubious.
Thanks for not appearing, so I have certainly saved myself problems when moving.

With a professional consultation in advance and carefree care, our move from Germany to Switzerland with Kiki was a complete success.
