I got to know the company and Mr. Döhler as very reliable, committed, competent and close to the customer. We had planned to convert the roof for us, and we also got several offers. Not only was the offer from Döhler the cheapest, it was also characterized by the fact that it was clearly broken down and comprehensible. On-site appointments worked very well and I found that Mr. Döhler identified himself with the task in that he thought about the construction project himself and made alternative suggestions for problem areas, for which we were very grateful. Mr. Döhler was very conscientious in the way he communicated. It was very pleasant that he listened to our concerns and considerations with great interest, dealt with them in an appreciative manner, and then used his professional expertise to get an idea of the feasibility, which he clearly explained to us. Although the order ultimately did not come about because we canceled the planned renovation due to personal circumstances, I can only confirm to Döhler that we were very satisfied and I can therefore only recommend Döhler. We are very satisfied with the execution of all of Döhler's work. Our roof was newly covered and in addition we treated the facade to a new tapping. The team on site was competent and helpful with all questions about what you have as a client. A smooth process in every respect.
