Just THANK YOU! You helped me in a very difficult life crisis (termination of my apartment and conversion into a luxury apartment by an investment company) very quickly and easily. I had to vacate my apartment almost overnight, the real estate shark sent his lawyers on my neck and I didn't know where to put my things so quickly until I could find a new, affordable apartment. And all of this in addition to Corona and permanent Corona short-time work. You were my only ray of hope in the disaster year 2020. Thank you for being there and for always listening to our customers. I could never have done it alone. I think the personal advice is really great when customers in exceptional emotional situations (divorce, death, termination of the apartment, etc.) you can mentally play through the storage requirements, get advice and the staff always keeps a cool head like me, who no longer has one from knew. You are a really great team!
