I bought a neff steam oven and just after 1 year I found a scratch on the surface where it's almost impossible to do it on own. I got in touch with customer service but although the technical report and the technician himself agreed with me , NEFF rejected it. Super expensive appliances with zero customer service. Be aware of that when you'll decide to buy a new appliance.

Whether washing machine, dryer, stove or mixer, everything is from BOSCH ... For my BOSCH MCM 4000 compact kitchen machine white (mixing bowl capacity: 2.3 liters, 700 watts) I ordered spare parts online and by phone in 2018 & 2020 twice. Friendly and fast service ... thank you

Charge 4.70 euros shipping costs but only pay 1.55 euros as a letter. How bold and outrageous that is! Was the last spare parts order and thus the last Bosch device.
