Well, even better from the customer's point of view. I can only write about my experiences with the customer advisor. He changed constantly due to a change of employees. Complaint etc. is annoying. A phone call to the company, quite young employees who are not really sure about customer traffic. Sometimes very insecure and overwhelmed. The goods that leave the Nuremberg warehouse were always missing something. One has the impression that the goods are packed by workshops for the disabled.

Very sick workplace, young employees are drilled properly and treated like dirt. Long-term employees are preferred with shifts and make the work as pleasant as possible. Naughty against newcomers, was therefore undercover on the way. Kind regards
