I have booked trips there many times and everything always went well. Much is easier through a travel agency than through the Internet. Thanks a lot! And I can't help commenting on the Northern Lights. If I want to see the Northern Lights, I can inform myself when the time is right! And there is no guarantee of this even in winter. I can't blame the travel agency for bad weather either :-)

Unfortunately only partially good experiences. I booked a trip to Norway via the travel agency. The concern was always to see the northern lights. This was also communicated in the travel agency. Unfortunately, the travel agency gave me no indication that September is only suitable for this purpose. After talking with many locals in Tromsø, I was always told that you have to be lucky in September. Much better are the dark winter months, as you can see the polar lights partly in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the travel agency gave me no such notice, then I would have booked through the office, the trip at another time. So imposing for me to complete at any price. In any case, it is not advice as I imagine this. That's why I still give the 3-points, because the recommended hotel was very good and also priced good. The flight connection was well chosen. Unfortunately, there were no Northern Lights to see what would have been avoided.
