unfortunately it doesn't get any worse. The company is sleepy and "disoriented". The accounting leaves a lot to be desired. Paid books are so badly noted that it is not an isolated case that they expect payment again. It's just very stressful. Books that have been ordered will come "maybe". Notification (despite promise) does not work. 😏
