Wilkendorf's Teehaus

This place is truly a tea Temple! A great collection of tea products in a very nice and cosy atmosphere. The staff are really experts and know what they are selling.

This shop is something special! Relatively manageable in size, but to feel good. Large selection of tea and great tea accessories such as Japanese metal teapots and incense sticks. Simply a loving assortment of tea and things. (Yes and trinkets;)) Favorite shop in Karlsruhe!

It's been a while now, we chatted about it in the shop to write a few lines here ... Since I've been going to this tea shop, I've always been very well advised, served and delighted with wonderful tea. The staff is very competent and knows all about it. All teas are from our own production and all accessories are also available. One or the other sample is also there. I cannot therefore agree with some of the previous speakers at all. Price \ performance is also good - even for me as a student! Lg

Wilkendorf in KA is the tea house of my childhood, here I already had my pocket money for tea and those cute little velvet shoes that were there back then ... I don't live in KA anymore but this morning I was there to visit ... well off to Wilkendorf ... well, I was standing in front of the door 20 minutes before the shop opened and then I waited for it to be 10 a.m. shortly before 10 a blonde with curly hair opens with a short * tomorrow * and disappears into the shop again .. . after a short indecisive standing in front of it I went in (it was still 5 to 10 or so) and asked if I could go in ... there was a mumbled * yes * .. ok, thanks .... The black tea area was not directly accessible so I asked what it was for which ... there were some names. Um, yeah. But then I was allowed to run over there myself and read what was there ... I didn't feel welcome at all, but more like an annoying, annoying customer thing. If I hadn't waited almost 20 minutes, I would definitely have left without tea. Somehow I got my 4 bags of tea, wished I had a nice day (no one wanted me back) and left. The tea is always very good here, but I won't be going again, that was definitely the worst shopping experience of the day .... Good morning and thank you for the detailed and friendly answer! In principle, I think it's very nice that you stand behind your employees and do this publicly. The fact that I was there too early was due to an appointment that was finished earlier than planned and that's why I decided to wait;) ... I agree with you in everything ... Corona, public transport, stress, etc. .. also that the colleague even opened a few minutes earlier ... but unfortunately it is often the case that the way you are treated tends to be remembered. I work in sales (pharmacy) myself and deal with all this myself, which is precisely why I notice it quite clearly. I also found dealing with the other customers in the store ugly. Huge exotic selection had a hard time deciding. In addition, a super nicely decorated shop and delightful saleswomen.
