Boss is very rude on the phone. He did not want to continue the conversation because it is missing his "valuable" work time. I only wanted to have a pole wheel removed from here, but he cannot assure me that it will work and what it will cost. All he has to do is apply a flywheel puller and turn it briefly. Required working time of 20 seconds with 100% success. That it cannot promise success, one can assume that no real flywheel puller is used here, which is nothing more than botch. Therefore I would definitely not recommend this workshop to others. Better to choose another workshop and feel safe!
