Mohr recently installed a new water softener for me. The appointment as well as the installation of the system went smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much
Mohr was the only one of five companies I asked that was willing to install a new heater for me. Installation was quick, straightforward and clean. There was always someone to be reached and all appointments were met on time. Many Thanks
Staff did not come to the agreed date. On telephone inquiry, if the appointment was forgotten, you got an unfriendly answer. An apology would be the least that you would expect if an agreed date is not met.
We had a problem with dripping pipes in the apartment, the Mohr company was uncomplicated when making an appointment and was always easy to reach by phone. When a friendly employee tried to solve the problem, it became apparent that the water in the apartment could not be turned off and the unit had to be replaced in advance. This exchange is done by a property management company. I then unfortunately had to cancel the Mohr company. When asked what he would get for the journey and the short service, he had thankfully declined.
Conclusion:
Friendly, quick processing and competent manner.
