Super nice staff, very good service. E.g. headlights and bulbs have been replaced several times immediately. We were always 100% satisfied.

On October 25th, 2019, I made an appointment for an annual inspection. In addition, TÜV and AU were due and I thought practically everything from a single source couldn't be better. At 7:00 in the morning I parked the car in the courtyard as agreed and went home on foot, I live nearby. Less than 3 hours later, Omnimobil called me, I thought it was really fast, I answered the phone and the car mechanic informed me that my car had failed due to significant defects, and he listed the three most relevant defects overall which the TÜV, which regularly carries out the TÜV and AU approval at Omnimobil, has determined. The following defects were found: • Illuminated car regulation broken in the front left, considerable defect, that would be enough to not receive the TÜV sticker. • Defective ignition lock • And the right front tire would have crack formation in the flank This is an Opel Meriva B Innovation from 2013, automatic with 120 hp. The mileage at this inspection was 47000km. The car was also in full service. I was asked on the phone whether the deficiencies should be corrected immediately, I wanted to clarify this in a personal conversation and have the said deficiencies shown to me. The tires were Quadrac3, all-weather tires from Vredestein (225/40 / R18). The foreman showed me the defects and I agreed to the repair, ultimately the allocation of the TÜV sticker depends on it. In a nutshell, I'll be at the Dekra the next Monday to get a MOT so that I can be certain. I did not mention that the car had not passed the TÜV test 3 days before. As far as the light vehicle regulation is concerned, the examiner at Dekra gave me the tip not to joke, to give 2 or 3 strong blows from above on the affected headlight and it is very likely that it will work again after this treatment. You can also research this tip at MotorTalk. I was able to fix the problem straight away, thanks to the Dekra auditor's tip in the truest sense of the word, without unnecessary and costly repairs. TÜV report from Dekra and the TÜV report, which is why my car did not receive the sticker, just attached. The owner of Omnimobil informed me succinctly by email, quote We have no influence on the results of an official testing organization. Nobody said that either. He recommended that I complain to the GTÜ. I saw no reason for this, except for the 114 € I had to invest at Dekra, I had no further costs. On the contrary, the Dekra test report saved me from three costly and, above all, unnecessary repairs. But the owner has an influence on which companies he works with, as otherwise it could happen, as in my case, to be confronted with costly defects / repairs. Such blatant discrepancies between these two TÜV reports make me think. After all, it wasn't about a defective lightbulb for a few euros. The annual inspection was carried out properly.
