OK as a UPS access point. I can't say anything about the locksmith, as I only left a package. Nevertheless, nowadays you should speak at least a little German to serve the customers. Therefore 1 star is deducted.

Very nice and full of concentration in my opinion work the best in Karlsruhe. I had brine made 3 years ago and still have East Berlin shoes as new today
