I ordered food for this restaurant (using the app Lieferando) and on their info was stated they were opening at 13:00 hrs and then the closest delivery time was 14:05 which, in my opinion, was excessive but still i agreed on that and then at 14:00 hrs i received a call from the place that they open at 14:00 hrs they will be delayed for around 20 minutes. It's 14:55 and still don't have the food delivered, i called again and they say they should deliver as soon as possible but still waiting... Three things are unacceptable : 1. Opening hours are not up to date 2. Delivery times are excessive 3. They don't take responsibility for their bad service and therefore client service just sucks. I would not recommend this place it to anybody ever

The pizza at Adria is actually very good, we have ordered take out a few times there. However one time the pizza arrived after a really long wait time and the pizza was stone cold. After calling Adria, the manager was so unfriendly and didn‘t seem like he cared much. After a long discussion, he grumpily offered only to pick up the pizza‘s again and refund the money (which meant that we would be without a meal for dinner, especially since we had planned to stay in for the night). I generally rate customer service higher than the product itself i.e. if the pizza was just mediocre and the service was very friendly, I would still be a customer here. But sadly, treating customers like a major annoyance was enough that I won‘t be ordering here again.
