They do it like it should be done
Once & never again !!
If you pick it up yourself on site: Long wait despite few customers in the store: over 45 minutes of waiting time for a kebab !!!!
For me, I had the impression that collection by myself is not desired ...
Unfortunately, customer-oriented behavior is different!

Nice little snack bar with a large selection and very friendly staff. Great prices. The burgers are really tasty ... I can only recommend them! I gave it 3 stars because: ... burger packaging that is way too small ... and as a currywurst fan, I am very disappointed with the currywurst ... the sausage is too greasy / too crunchy, just doesn't fit, the sauce too salty, tasted good not well balanced and the spiciness (extremely) rather tired and tingly and the seasoning very tart / paprika powder. Makes me really tired as a currywurst fan ... but that's my personal opinion :)
Is absolutely great, except for the gem. Salad, it's not so worth it. Burgers are delicious, even warmer when delivered than at McDonald's at the counter. Pizza really great too. Best burger in Karlsruhe
At the previous owner's, the food is incredibly delicious. However, when someone else prepared the food, it didn't taste good. It's much better with the previous owner. Therefore 2 stars.
