If it were possible to give no stars, I would. Purchased a sub on Sunday August 2 2020 around 7:20pm. Employee rang up the guy in front of me and me with his gloves still on. I stayed back after I paid to see if he would change his gloves for the next customers and he did not. Those gloves touched a credit card, money and the cash register and then he went back to making people's food with them. I needed to get to my 7:32pm train and had no choice but to throw the sandwich out. If he was doing that when I witnessed it, he's probably been doing it all day. This is disgusting in normal circumstances, but even more worrying in times of coronavirus. I spent almost 7 euro on that sub and then had to spend another 7 euro on the train to finally get something to eat.
Absolutely shocked at being verbally abused by a staff member claiming to be the manager, he threw my food in the bin and told me to get out or he'd call the police all because I asked for more guacamole?! Absolutely disgusting behavior

Worst subways from all !!! The quality of food is below average, the employee doesn't know how to prepare the subs, they don't speak the language properly and tables are also dirty. Pathetic !!!!
Edit - If everybody is writing the same thing, then you should check on your staff rather than asking people to write you an email.
