A really great course! Julian takes excellent care of the important things after a birth. The exercises help in everyday life as well as the great children's songs / games. I'm looking forward to the advanced courses.

Great course! The Pre-Pregnancy Course was very effective and a lot of fun. With Julian you just feel that you are in good hands immediately! Very professional and at the same time pleasantly relaxed atmosphere - I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks for the great course, I felt very comfortable! I am already looking forward to the FitdankBaby course after the birth! :-)
