So far I am satisfied and I also like to pay a little more for good performance. Friendliness, however, fluctuates with the person behind the counter, the nicest is the boss himself. He also calls personally to clarify any questions about the job. I find it particularly positive that scarce laundry can still be picked up in the same week, which makes Fuhrmann better compared to other dry cleaners I have been to before. I became a regular customer.
