Considering that it is fast food, the food was hot and delicious. Service was horrible though, staff is extremely rude and not attentive. Food is a bit expensive for the quantity and quality.

I went here expecting the usual oily fast food that’s addictive but this kfc dissapointed me. Their staff was working really slowly and they took forever to attend to me so I just left... honestly not a good experience

The treatment of the staff with the people there is very poor and bad, the service is so bad. She asked for a meal, she was missing ... and when I said that to an employee she accused me of stealing it

The worst KFC I have ever been to. Even the KFC in Herrenstraße tastes much better and has better quality.
