(Plastering) repair work on the facade, painting and roof cleaning and coating were carried out very quickly. The scaffolding was set up on Wednesdays and the same afternoon the roof was freed from moss and other coverings and coated twice. On Thursday and Friday, the facade was repaired and repainted. On the following Monday, a final second coat of paint on the facade and dismantling of the scaffolding. The executing workers were - like the managing director Mr. Higer - very friendly and helpful, for example with the selection and fine-tuning of the colors of the house wall and base. Highly recommended!!

H.m.d. Baukoncept repainted our house a year ago and plastered the plinth and the basement outlet and painted it in a suitable color. Large-scale color samples and the good color taste of the craftsmen led to the perfect color matching. The work was carried out cleanly and professionally and on time and quickly. To date, not the slightest flaw can be seen, the house continues to look beautiful. Small repairs to the rain drainage system were simply carried out. Very good craftsmanship! Top staff. Our first winter in the house with full thermal insulation and a new roof: heating to 1 and really warm! Brilliant! Many thanks to Mr. Higer and team.
