Experience was okay. We took up our bed in a rental transporter. That worked fine and everything was loaded when we arrived. But the staff told us they have secured the load. But when we arrived home, nothing was secured and after a drive of only 8km, the bed was flying around in the transporter. Luckily nothing broke so we had no problem with this...customers, check your load even if they tell you they have secured it!!!
